Programmed To Death

I am aware that everything I am about to write or say or feel
Has been programmed into my brain by my culture
When I was helpless and dependent on my carers
But they too were programmed by their carers
And so on right back to the human being
Who invented the first word
I am a prisoner of language
And so I am a prisoner of thinking
That is only two-dimensional
And one thing at a time
And incomplete
And of the past
Whereas reality is moment-to-moment
And holistic
And complete
What can I do?
I am aware
I am awareness
This is enough....
